Hur AviaPure fungerar
Filtered at the tap, when you want it
AviaPure screws onto the end of your kitchen tap in place of the aerator. Turn the dial to send water through the cartridge for drinking and cooking, and flick it back to normal flow for washing up, so the cartridge lasts longer.
- Fits most standard kitchen taps with the five adapter rings in the box
- No plumber, no tools, no jug in the fridge
- Cartridge swap takes about ten seconds
What is inside the cartridge
-
Stainless mesh, first and last
A fine metal screen at each end holds the layers in place and catches visible particles such as grit, sand and rust flakes.
-
Diatomaceous earth
A porous mineral layer that traps finer sediment that gets past the mesh, so the water runs clearer.
-
Activated carbon
Carbon adsorbs the chlorine that gives treated town water its taste and smell. This is the layer behind the difference you notice in the glass.
-
PP cotton pad
A dense polypropylene pad as the final stage holds back fine particles and any carbon dust before the water reaches your glass.
AviaPure is made for treated municipal tap water. It reduces chlorine taste and odour and catches sediment. It is not a treatment for untreated, tank or microbiologically unsafe water.
