How it works

Flick between filtered and tap

Turn the dial for drinking and cooking water, flick it back for washing up. The cartridge only works when you want it to, so it lasts longer.

  • Filtered for drinking and cooking, tap for everything else
  • Multi-layer cartridge with activated carbon for taste and odour
  • Cartridge lasts about three months of normal use

On your tap in about a minute

No plumber and no tools. Five adapter rings are in the box, so it fits most standard kitchen taps. Pull-out and sprayer taps are the exception.

  1. Unscrew the aerator

The mesh tip on the end of your tap twists off by hand.

  2. Fit the adapter

Pick the ring that matches your thread and screw it on.

  3. Click the filter on

Tighten the collar, run the tap for a minute, done.

Why it works

Four reasons people keep it on the tap

  • Fresher-tasting water

Activated carbon reduces the chlorine taste and smell that treated town water picks up.

  • Catches sediment and rust

Stainless mesh and a PP cotton pad trap the flakes that old pipes shed.

  • Filtered only when you want it

Flick to filtered for drinking and cooking, back to tap for washing up, so the cartridge lasts longer.

  • Cheaper than bottles

One cartridge runs about three months. Four a year replaces hundreds of bottles.

Water everyone reaches for

Filtered water straight from the tap means fewer bottles bought, carried and thrown away, and a glass that is always there. Fill the kettle, the pot and the dog bowl from the same tap.

Questions, answered

Will it fit my tap?

It fits standard kitchen taps with a removable aerator, using one of the five adapter rings in the box. Pull-out, pull-down and sprayer taps, and taps without a removable aerator, are not compatible. Use the fit checker page if you are unsure.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are sent within 1 to 2 business days. Typical delivery is 10 to 20 days to Australia and New Zealand and 8 to 15 days to the US, Canada and Europe. Tracking can pause for a few days in transit. If day 25 passes without delivery, email support@aviapure.com.

What does the filter do?

The cartridge has four layers: stainless mesh, diatomaceous earth, activated carbon and a PP cotton pad. It is designed to reduce the chlorine taste and odour that treated town water picks up and to catch sediment. It is made for municipal tap water and is not a treatment for untreated or unsafe water.

How often do I change the cartridge?

About every three months of normal household use, or sooner if the flow slows. Your order includes a 6-month spare pack. Replacement packs come in 3-month, 6-month and 1-year sizes; current prices are on the Replacement filters page.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Email support@aviapure.com to start one. Full details are in our refund policy.

Where do orders ship from?

From our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Shenzhen, China, with tracked shipping to your door. Duties and taxes are handled at checkout where they apply.
