You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@aviapure.com, send the unused unit back in its packaging, and we refund it once it arrives. Replacement cartridges cannot be returned.

Will it fit my tap?

It fits standard kitchen taps with a removable aerator, using one of the five adapter rings in the box. Pull-out, pull-down and sprayer taps, and taps without a removable aerator, are not compatible. Use the fit checker page if you are unsure.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are sent within 1 to 2 business days. Typical delivery is 10 to 20 days to Australia and New Zealand and 8 to 15 days to the US, Canada and Europe. Tracking can pause for a few days in transit. If day 25 passes without delivery, email support@aviapure.com.

What does the filter do?

The cartridge has four layers: stainless mesh, diatomaceous earth, activated carbon and a PP cotton pad. It is designed to reduce the chlorine taste and odour that treated town water picks up and to catch sediment. It is made for municipal tap water and is not a treatment for untreated or unsafe water.

How often do I change the cartridge?

About every three months of normal household use, or sooner if the flow slows. Your order includes a 6-month spare pack. Replacement packs come in 3-month, 6-month and 1-year sizes; current prices are on the Replacement filters page.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Email support@aviapure.com to start one. Full details are in our refund policy.

Where do orders ship from?

From our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Shenzhen, China, with tracked shipping to your door. Duties and taxes are handled at checkout where they apply.
